NATACHA TOUTAIN - ARTIST
Paris Paris IDF
Natacha Toutain
The daughter of a talented artist, Natacha Toutain inherited from an early age an immoderate taste for painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, music, cinema, and everything related to art in general. Her father, an artist at heart and passionate about cinema, and her mother, a singer in the Notre-Dame choir, provided a more than favorable environment for her creativity to flourish.
Natacha quickly took up oil painting, which she has never abandoned. Her meeting with Alain Bernardin, founder of the legendary Crazy Horse in Paris, was decisive for the rest of her career. He offered her her very first exhibition at his establishment, where she painted the girls of the Crazy Horse.
Then, like her father, she took up portrait painting and quickly became successful. She painted icons from around the world, particularly those from American cinema, such as Marilyn Monroe—much loved by her father—Clint Eastwood, Steve McQueen, Sharon Stone... and also French icons such as Alain Delon, with whom she exhibited at Fouquet's in 2012, BB (Brigitte Bardot) being one of her favorite models.
